Questions
Do I need technical knowledge?
No. You upload a video like you would attach a file to an email. Colours, logo and members are settings pages, not code.
Where are my videos stored?
On servers in the Netherlands and at Bunny.net, a European CDN. Videos are delivered only through signed, time-limited links to people you gave access.
Can my members pay for access?
Yes, on Pro and Business. Connect your own Mollie account and members pay with iDEAL or card. We take no cut.
Does it work on a TV?
Yes. The player works in TV browsers, supports Chromecast, and the site installs as an app on phones and tablets.
What happens after the trial?
Nothing automatic. You pick a plan when you want to continue; until then your environment is closed for viewers and your data is kept for 30 days.
Can I cancel?
Any time, in one click under Admin. Your plan then ends at the end of the paid month.
